Guidelines for lodging complaints

  • No Action will be taken on anonymous and pseudonymous complaint and the same are liable to be filed, therefore, kindly mention your proper name and address.
  • Complaints must be brief and contacin factful details, verifiable facts and related matter. They should not be vague or contain absurd allegations and sweeping statement.
  • In case, it is found that the complaint was false and harassment has been caused, action may be taken against the complainant.
